CGB and Brooks Grain Mill Coming Soon
It is our pleasure to share an important update on the progress of our new state-of-the-art milling and bagging facility. This new operation features higher milling capacity, improved cleaning, and a more favorable logistical positon in order to serve our craft distillery customers! The CGB and Brooks Grain teams have worked diligently to make this dream a reality. Representatives from both companies spent countless hours researching and planning in order to source the very best equipment and to build the most efficient operation possible. As a result, we are so proud of the mill that we have jointly designed and the opportunities it creates for small batch distillers. Bringing our milling and bagging operation in-house will allow us to further tighten our specifications on quality and consistency and, ultimately, provide an even better product for our customers. Below are pictures of the progress of different stages of the progress along the way at our Louisville elevator. We are looking forward to commissioning week in early January, so check back for an official announcement soon!
