Welcome to the new home for our milled and bagged business!

Our new milling and bagging facility launched in February 2019 after years of thoughtful planning and construction. Together with our partner, Consolidated Grain and Barge, we have installed a state-of-the-art adjustable roller mill and bagging line conveniently located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.

Brooks Grain is proud to be able to support small batch distillers with quality bagged grain.

Your grain will be commercially cleaned and custom milled and bagged to order to ensure freshness and high yield. Our mill operators are expertly trained to produce a consistent particle size and a granulation optimized for starch conversion, so all you have to do is add it to your cooker. Leave the milling to us and focus on distilling. It’s what you do best after all!
